Dearest Gentle Reader, if you too have been plagued with a "feeling that is like torture," but one which you "cannot, will not, do not want to give up," I have good news for you. "Bridgerton" Season 3 is returning this week with Part 2, and it truly cannot come soon enough.
In the spotlight this season are fan-favorites Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton, who finally declared their love for each other in a scene that can only be described iconic and "sexy," as Nicola Coughlan put it.
Part 1 of "Bridgerton" Season 3 ended with Colin asking Penelope to marry him and the second part will focus on the newly engaged couple and their journey towards their aisle, while Penelope's double-life as Lady Whistledown threatens to destroy their happiness.
Review:'Bridgerton' Season 3 is a one-woman show (with more sex)
"With an announcement of such magnitude comes an even greater secret… Which begs this author to wonder: Should one still reveal a truth when they stand to lose everything?" says Netflix about the second part.

Coughlan, in an interview with USA TODAY, had said that Penelope should tell Colin about her alias Lady Whistledown.
"I think when you love someone truly, you have to reveal all of yourself, which is hard," the actor had said.
