What could be better than a new Dunkin' drink in collaboration with Ice Spice? How about a commercial for the drink directed by famous fan of the brand Ben Affleck?
Dunkin' has released a new drink, the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink, now available for a limited time at locations nationwide, while supplies last.
The drink blends frozen Dunkin' coffee with the pumpkin cake Munchkins doughnut holes, topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. This is the first time a Dunkin' bakery item has made its way into a drink, in what the brand is calling "a collaboration you never knew you needed."
The commercial, from the production company Artists Equity and directed by Affleck, debuted Tuesday at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards. It was the first campaign for Dunkin' and Artists Equity following their 2023 Super Bowl commercial, which starred Affleck.

In the commercial, Affleck and Ice Spice sit down and talk about how to connect the rapper with Dunkin'. Ice Spice mentions she calls her fans "munchkins," and thus, the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink is born.
“I’ve always been a Dunkin’ girl!” Ice Spice said in a news release from Dunkin'. “Collaborating with Dunkin’ and Ben Affleck on this spot was a dream. The drink has a fun twist, a little something in the name for my fans, too. I can’t wait for everyone to try it."
