Iskra Lawrence is shutting down the haters.
The model, who's expecting baby No. 2 with partner Philip Payne, clapped back after social media users body-shamed her for walking in a Miami Swim Week fashion show while pregnant.
"Imagine body shaming a stranger on the internet…" Iskra wrote on Instagram June 5 alongside photos of herself cradling her baby bump during Cupshe's presentation and the online comments she received, "That's 6 months pregnant walking in Miami Swim week more proud of her body than ever after TTC."
In fact, the runway star—who is also mom to 4-year-old Alpha—noted she "found two kind comments out of hundreds" of mean ones.
"I do want to thank these trolls for being so obsessed with me they made commenting on my big fat pregnant body their biggest priority," she added, "so impressive you have nothing more important to do. Such a surprise."
And Iskra, who's been open about her and Philip's journey of trying to expand their family, expressed how she was shocked people still didn't know better. As she put it, "I'm still in disbelief that in 2024 (and with everything going on in the world) that fat shaming a pregnant woman seemed like the best use of your time?"
Still, the 33-year-old made it clear she wasn't going to let them bring her down.
"Did NOT expect this to be my first post from swim week," she wrote on her Instagram Stories. "But here we are in 2024 getting fat shamed whilst pregnant. All these haters better know it only motivates me to show up and be more confident and prove all bodies are worthy and enough."
Afterwards, Iskra's comments section was filled with messages of support—including from those close to her.
"You're so [fire]," Philip wrote in the comments. "…….Literally one of my favorite things about you is your fearlessness and independence. You understand your responsibility to inspire those who may not be as comfortable or confident to embrace happiness and freedom in their own bodies."
He added, "It really is incredible to see you show up and shine every day for your community and supporters no matter the backlash or circumstances. I love you, and that little baby girl is so lucky to to have you as her mommy. Look at my two girls owning the runway"
As JoJo Fletcher, who designed a line for Cupshe, noted: "You are pure perfection gf!! Keep shining like you always do!"
And Iskra appreciated all the love sent her way.
"The comment section of this post is like the world's biggest group hug," she wrote on her Instagram Stories. "Thank you for showing up with love. Don't worry. No negative comments will ever break me or stop me from thriving. I worked too hard with ED recovery and body dysmorphia to ever go back to feeling insecure because I know my self worth is only determined by me – and I hope you know that too."
