Tyler, the Creator is pulling out of two major summer music festivals.
On Thursday, the "Earfquake" singer and rapper announced he's pulling out of his headlining sets at Lollapalooza in Chicago and Outside Lands in San Francisco.
"i hate saying this but i have to cancel lollapalooza and outside lands. i made a commitment that i can no longer keep, and that bums me out knowing how excited folks were," he wrote on social media. "that is not sexy at all. please please forgive me or call me names when you see me in person. love."
USA TODAY reached out to reps for Tyler, the Creator for comment.
Lollapalooza will take place in Grant Park from Aug. 1 to Aug. 4 followed by Outside Lands from Aug. 9 to Aug. 11 at Golden Gate Park.

Tyler, the Creator is still due to headline Austin City Limits Music Festival in October.

Who is replacing Tyler, the Creator at Lollapalooza?
The Chicago music festival announced a "Hot girl summer in Chicago" Thursday, with Megan Thee Stallion as the new headliner on Aug. 1. She previously performed at Lollapalooza in 2021.
The "Hiss" rapper's appearance comes amid her Hot Girl Summer Tour, her first headlining tour experience. She is gearing up to release her third studio album, "Megan," on June 28 just in time for Lollapalooza attendees.

Who is replacing Tyler, the Creator at Outside Lands?
Sabrina Carpenter is having her debut performance at Outside Lands as the replacement headliner for Tyler, the Creator, the festival announced Thursday.
The "Espresso" singer's headlining performance announcement comes on the same day she announced she will be touring for her album "Short n' Sweet," out on August 23.
The 29-date tour will kick off on Sept. 23 in Columbus, Ohio, after she performs at the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco in August. Carpenter will head to cities across the U.S. and Canada, including New York and Los Angeles. Dates are scheduled through November.
