A 27-old-year woman identified as a former cast member on the MTV reality show “16 and Pregnant” died over the weekend in Virginia.
On Saturday, around 3:15 p.m., first responders with Henrico Police and Fire responded to a medical emergency at a residence in Henrico County, Henrico County Police Division said in a statement.
Authorities arrived on scene to find an unresponsive adult woman. Efforts to revive her were unsuccessful and she was pronounced dead on scene.
The woman was identified as Autumn Oxley, 27, police said.
Henrico Police said the case has been classified as "a death investigation" and that detectives are working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause and manner of death.

Oxley, also known as Autumn Crittendon, appeared on Season 5 of the MTV reality series "16 and Pregnant" in 2014 during which she gave birth to her first child, Drake, on the show, who she had with then-boyfriend Dustin Franklin, according to TV Line. She later had two more children.

Oxley's sister, Misty Crittendon, set up a GoFundMe Wednesday with a goal of $15,000 for her sister's funeral expenses and children's upkeep.
"July 20th our world crashed," Crittendon wrote on the GoFundMe page. "As my sweet, beautiful baby sister, who was pretty much my twin...went to be with her father at the tender age of 27."
"To say it was unexpected was an understatement," Crittendon added. "It is and has been excruciatingly painful, to say the least. We aren't ones to ask for help, but we truly need it."
Describing her sister as a "beloved mother, daughter, and sister," Crittendon said Autumn "will never be forgotten."
The GoFundMe page said the money raised will be used for Oxley's funeral and last rites while the remaining money will go towards her three small children.
While "16 and Pregnant" ended in 2014, MTV show "Teen Mom," in a statement on X, said they were "deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Autumn Crittendon."
"Our hearts go out to her family and friends during this difficult time," the statement said.
